So this “New” Co-Working thing is not so new after all.  Who knew that Co-Working and Shared Office Space were essentially the same thing?  But guess what, the concept has been around for 30+ Years!

So if you work in an environment that is not just for your business, but one that supports multiple Shared Office and Virtual tenants with shared meeting room space, then you’ve been in a Co-Working environment.  But not all Co-Working spaces are created equal.  Some are aimed at self-supporting individuals who simply need touch-down space with 24/7 access, while others provide a fully-serviced office with customized telephone answering by a live operator and access to administrative support.  These services may have a full staff providing secretarial services, notary services, IT Support, and even web services.  You name it – they can make it happen!

Some have a lot of Social Events, Happy Hours and Networking Meet-Ups.  But no matter where you’ve chosen to locate your office, if it’s a Co-Working or Shared Office space, you can rest assured that you are in the most affordable, flexible environment for your business.  Better yet, there are no long-term commitments.  Now that’s a smart office plan!
