As your business grows, our day offices can be used to accommodate interviews, strategy sessions, and corporate gatherings. Conference rooms and boardrooms are also available for larger meetings, along with an amphitheater in some facilities.
What types of rooms are available?
All of our conference room rentals are available from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Serviced office clients have 24/7 accessibility. To best serve your needs in the short or long term, we offer both hourly and daily rates. Our facilities also provide several types of rooms depending on your expected number of guests, including:
○ Day Offices: Our day office rentals offer space for 3 parties, starting at $28/hr. They provide the perfect space for both casual meetings and formal interviews.
○ Strategy Rooms: For 4- to 6-person meetings, starting at $33.hr. Our strategy rooms offer optimal space and equipment, making them preferred by many attorneys, accountants, and start-ups.
○ Conference & Boardrooms: As your company grows, you may need to meet with more clients, investors, or peers. Our conference room rentals accommodate between 7 and 14 people quite comfortably at an affordable starting rate of $44/hr.
○ Meeting & Training Rooms: At a starting rate of $61/hr, 15 to 30 guests can meet to discuss company matters or train incoming hires.
