Upon walking into the waiting area, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist before meeting Teresa. Teresa walked in and was everything you would want in an office manager. She was bubbly, personable and took a genuine interest in the business and its needs. She showed me a handful of suites available and reviewed pricing with me as well as the virtual office option. We concluded our meeting in her office where she took some additional information about me and the business and gave me information to look over and review.

I wanted to say again what a positive impact our utilization of your services has been for our business over the past three years. My primary office is in Sugarcreek, OH, but I have many clients who are in Cleveland (were my wife and I lived until we moved to Amish country 20 years ago). Until three years ago, I had a traditional law office with an administrative assistant working in my office.
